Adding Users in VRPlatform

Additional users can be added to your property management team using the following steps. However, if you need to add an Owner user in order for them to have access to their owner statements, please refer to this article.

  1. At the bottom of the left navigation menu, click on the settings icon.
  2. Select Settings from the menu.
  3. Click on the Members tab.
  4. Click on the Invite Member button.
  5. Type in the email of the user you want to add and select the user role. (Note: The Admin role provides users with the ability to add other users as well.)
  6. Click Send Invite.
  7. The user will recieve an email from VRPlatform with an direct link to the team. 
  8. Once in VRPlatform, the user can add their name to their profile and begin using the platform!

Removing Users in VRPlatform

Users that are assigned to the Admin role are able to remove users from VRPlatform. 

To remove a user, select Remove on the far right of the row for the user you need to remove.
