      Updating QBO data in VRPlatform

      How to Refresh Vendors, Chart of Accounts, Classes, etc. in VRPlatform

      If you have made changes in QBO within recently and want to reflect those changes in VRPlatform, follow the steps below:

      1. Click Connections, then click the menu on the right of the QBO connection:
      2. Click Fetch
      3. Select a date prior to today's date.   Typically one day is sufficient to update the data since the connection usually refreshes automatically at least once a day.
