Discover how you can add a logo and color scheme to your owner portal with ease!
Follow the steps outlined below to learn how to personalize the owner portal with your preferred color scheme and property management company logo.
- Click on your username at the bottom of the main navigation and then select Settings from the menu.
- On the menu, under the Features section, click on Owner Portal.
- In the Team Logo section, click on the Upload image button and add the image file you want to upload.
- Choose a color you'd like to use from the Primary color section.
- Click save changes.
How to View Updates in the Owner Portal
To view the updates, you will need to login as an owner. If you don't have your own owner login, you can view an existing owner account using the owner preview feature. Follow the steps outlined below to view the owner preview.

From the main navigation menu, select Owners.

Click on any of the owners on the list to open the owner details panel.

Hover over the 3 dots icon in the top right and select Owner Preview from the menu that appears. This will redirect you to the owner portal view for the owner you selected.

From this view, you are able to see the color and/or logo updates you made in the previous steps.

Once you're done viewing, click the "X" in the banner at the top to close the Owner Preview screen. This will redirect you back to your admin account in VRP.
