How to connect Hostaway to VRPlatform

Connecting Hostaway Accounts to VRPlatform

Prior to creating the connection within VRPlatform, you will need to have a Hostaway Account ID and API Key. This information will be used to create the sync.

1. Login to your Hostaway account.
2. Click on Marketplace from the left navigation menu.
3. Find or search for Ximplifi and select it to open more details.
4. Click the Connect button. A small modal window will appear to create an API secret key, then click the Create button.
5. You will be provided an Account ID and API Key. These codes will be needed in the next part to create the connection within VRPlatform.
   
   

Once you have copied the Account ID and API Key from your Hostaway account, you can create the connection within VRPlatform.

1. From the Connections screen, click the Add a connection button in the top right corner.
2. In the modal window that appears, scroll to or search for Hostaway and click the Connect button.
3. Input the Account ID and API Key you obtained during the previous steps into the corresponding fields, the click the Connect button.
4. The connection will authenticate and a successful message will appear upon completion. Close the window to go back to the connections screen or add another connection.
